1. The Service
IronTools.IT provides digital technical calculation tools for galvanized corrugated pipe work, including a Lifting Hook Calculator supporting pipes up to Ø 4000 mm.
⚠️ Results are indicative and must be verified by qualified personnel before any lifting operation. They do not replace certified technical expertise.
2. Account and Registration
- Registration requires a valid professional email and company VAT number
- Accounts are personal, non-transferable and non-shareable

3. Free Trial
- 7 days of complete free access, no credit card required
- Access automatically suspended at the end of the trial period
4. Subscription and Pricing

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
For users who qualify as consumers under applicable law:
14-day right of withdrawal.
Waiver: By requesting immediate service commencement, you expressly waive the right of withdrawal once the service has begun. To exercise the right:

6. Prohibited Uses
- Reselling or sublicensing access to third parties
- Scraping, reverse engineering or systematic content downloading
- Sharing credentials with unauthorized persons
- Use for illegal purposes
7. Service Availability
Availability target: 99% monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure.
8. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability capped at the last 3 months of subscription fees. No liability for indirect damages, data loss or damages from use of calculations without qualified verification.
9. Intellectual Property
All code, interface, logo, algorithms: exclusive property of IronTools.IT, protected by copyright. Professional use for service purposes permitted. Unauthorized reproduction prohibited.
10. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Italian law. B2B disputes: court of IronTools.IT's registered office. Consumers: court of consumer's place of residence.
12. Changes to Terms
Material changes notified 15 days in advance by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Cancellation without penalty before effective date.
